1. When unpacking, please check the size, specification and color code of the products. Construct the tiles with same color code at same place; do not mix products of different color codes (unless it is used for achieving special decorative effect).
2. Before constructing, test construction on floor is necessary, use the tiles of neighbor color code after the ones of same color code have been used up. Identify the polished tiles with different color codes and sizes, then mark on the bottom of tiles, construct along the direction of patterns if there's patterns or directional pictures on tiles for achieving best effect.
3. Currently, polished tiles are constructed with wet and dry construction methods.

A. Wet Construction Method: clean the site, wet small amount on desired surface for benefiting construction; mix 325# cement with sand at the proportion of 1:3 to make it into mortar (the mortar shall not exceed 200#, otherwise, it may possibly damage the polished tiles if there's uneven stress. Or even cause construction quality accident), render with 1m wooden ruler, thoroughly level the 25-35mm thick mortar, and then lay sample lines. Spray cement powder on the constructing surface, level it, and then spray more for increasing the adhesion with, mortar

B. Dry Construction Method: Wet the floor first, and spray mortar which is made of water and cement at the proportion of 1:0.4-0.5, then apply mortar leveling layer which shall be 1:3 dry hard cement mortar, the surface shall be flat and hard without oil and immunity, spray with latex putty and grind it to level if there's sand, uneven or cracks, then spray once with diluted latex, before spraying adhesive, the surface shall keep dry (water content=9%), spray base adhesive ( according to the product instructions, non water soluble adhesive and 10% 65% gasoline and 10% ethyl acetate. If water soluble adhesive is used, base adhesive is required after diluting as same adhesive. (proportion is 1:1).Use the adhesive as the description of product, spray on single side (only on constructing surface) or double sides (both on constructing surface and tiles), 2-3mm thick of adhesive is required (confirm the thickness and time according to the instructions of adhesive). Then tightly connect the polished tiles and foundation, measure with level and make sure the polished tiles are evenly constructed.

4. When constructing polished tiles, area of leveling layer shall not be too big for avoiding that the mortar exceeds the primary curing time (about 45 minutes). Which may cause that the tiles and surface can’t tightly connected or cause hollow drum.
5. When constructing with gap, the space between polished tiles shall be 2-5 mm ( it can be 2mm according to the effect and actual requirements), the gap between polished tiles and walls shall be 3-5mm, additionally, at the edge of stairs, vertical columns, corridors and walls, 1-3 mm gap is also required (after constructing polished tiles on floor or walls, timely clean the gap of tiles). Fill the gaps 24 hours after constructing. Wet the edge of tiles before filling gaps and use special adhesive agent, if mortar is used, 1:1 mortar is requited and fill with suitable tools for assuring thoroughly filling into the gap.
6. Construct after the surface is cured and solid, when constructing, make the tiles and the surface at certain angle ( about 15 ), then gently push horizontally, make the tiles and the surface parallel, to remove bubbles, then gently knock with wooden hammer to tightly bind the tiles with mortar and prevent hollow drum, then level the tiles with wooden hammer, measure with level for assuring that the tiles are evenly constructed.
7. About 1 hour after constructing (according to the weather and curing degree), clean the surface with wooden barn or sponge in time, otherwise, it will be difficult to remove cement if it remains on tiles too long.
8. About 12 hours after constructing, knock the tiles with wooden hammer, check if there’s hollow drum, if it makes “kong kong” sound, it means there’s hollow drum which shall be reconstructed; cut a 5-8 mm gap along the tiles with special tools, the knock with wooden hammer to separate the tiles and surface, then slowly remove the tile within iron sheet, thus preventing damaging the surrounding tiles. When reconstructing, thoroughly clean the base and reconstruct the leveling layer, after constructing, timely remove dirt from tiles, do not walk on tiles within 24 hours after reconstructing.
9. Do not use big electric equipments within 48 hours after constructing for preventing hollow drum caused by vibration.
10. Prevent knock the tiles with hard objects when using, thus protecting the luster, keep tiles clean, prevent color liquor flow onto tiles, immediately remove color liquid if there is
